The benefits of acupressure, massage, reiki and animal communication are cumulative. Natural Animal Wellness feels a single session is always beneficial, but diminishes over time.

Therefore, a unique therapy is tailored to your aninals needs depending on the animals overall health, injuries, performance level, age, illness and medical history. Sessions may include a single therapy or a combination of; sports or therapeutic massage, acupressure, reiki, stretches, flower essence and essential oils.

Natural Animal Wellness recommends these guidelines:

  • Twice per week during excessive training, riding or steady showing
  • Once per week during times of light to moderate training, riding or a demanding occupation
  • Once every four weeks for routine maintenance and general overall wellness
  • Twenty four hours prior to an event and directly after cool down
    * Convalescing and post surgery animals are scheduled based on a written referral from your veterinarian

There are times where massage, body and energy work is not recommended. A few situations are: acute inflammation of the skin, soft tissue and joints, bone fractures, pregnancy, males that have just been used for breeding, tumors and sprains.
